What should I do if the WiFi connection is normal but the computer cannot access the Internet?
Many netizens report that their WiFi network is normal, and the mobile phone can be connected to the Internet, but the computer just can’t open the webpage. The following uses the Windows operating system as an example to teach you how to solve it:
- Right-click the network signal icon in the lower right corner of the computer, and click to open the "Network and Internet" settings. (See Figure 1)
【Figure 1】
- Display the recognized network, double-click the network icon, IPv4 connection shows no network access permission. (See Figure 2)
【Figure 2】
- Click Properties to enter the network properties interface. (See Figure 3)
【Figure 3】
- Check whether a static IP is specified. If there is an IP address specified, please change it to automatically obtain an IP address and automatically obtain the DNS server address and confirm it. This usually solves the problem of connecting to WiFi and not being able to access the Internet.
If you still have problems, you can right-click the network WLAN icon -> Diagnose, or you can reset the network to solve the Internet problem. (See Figure 4)
